FOAM PROPORTIONING SYSTEM

Tile Foam Pro System from Hypro Corp. accurately proportions a range of foam concentrates. including the Class A foam agents at 0.1 to 1.0 percent. The system monitors the water flow rate and automatically delivers a constant ratio of chemical in solution. By injecting the precise amount of chemical agent required, there’s no waste of foam agent.

ALLOY STEEL BREATHING APPARATUS CYLINDERS

Alloy steel cylinders from Pressed Steel Tank Co. are shorter and lighter than their conventional counterparts, according to the manufacturer.

The 80-cubic-foot steel cylinder, for example, is 7” shorter and 8 pounds lighter than its aluminum counterpart. It requires 12 to 13 pounds less compensation weight per cylinder underwater and has a minimum tensile strength that’s 281 percent higher than 6061-T6 aluminum.

The two models, with capacities of 80 and 100 cubic feet at 3,500 psi. are for use with air, argon, helium, nitrogen, and oxygen.

Dispensing Technology Corp.’s Reflector Placement System is an easy-to-use alternative to the old fashioned methods of epoxy mixing and dispensing for the installation of reflective hydrant markers.
