Tile Foam Pro System from Hypro Corp. accurately proportions a range of foam concentrates. including the Class A foam agents at 0.1 to 1.0 percent. The system monitors the water flow rate and automatically delivers a constant ratio of chemical in solution. Alloy steel cylinders from Pressed Steel Tank Co. are shorter and lighter than their conventional counterparts, according to the manufacturer.
The 80-cubic-foot steel cylinder, for example, is 7” shorter and 8 pounds lighter than its aluminum counterpart. It requires 12 to 13 pounds less compensation weight per cylinder underwater and has a minimum tensile strength that’s 281 percent higher than 6061-T6 aluminum.
The two models, with capacities of 80 and 100 cubic feet at 3,500 psi. are for use with air, argon, helium, nitrogen, and oxygen.
