A Fire Fighters’ Memorial, honoring fire fighters who have died in the line of duty, was dedicated at the FEMA National Emergency Training Center on Oct. 4 in Emmitsburg, Md.
An estimated 160 fire fighters die annually in the line of duty, while another 100,000 are injured.
